This website www.attero.in and the other associated mobile application (“Platform”) is owned, maintained, and operated by Attero Recycling Private Limited (“We”, “Our” “Us”), a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at 2, C/o Saraswati Press, Green Park, Dehradun - 248001, Uttarakhand, India and corporate office at A-72/A, Sector-64, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India. For the purpose of these terms of use (“Terms of Use”), wherever the context so requires "You" or "Your" or "Yours" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who accesses or uses or has registered on Our Platform for availing services and information from Us ("Services").
These Terms of Use shall govern Your access and usage of Our Platform and Services. By accessing or using Our Platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We authorize You to access, view and use Our Platform, its content, and the software (collectively, the “Our Property”) solely to the extent necessary for You to avail Our Services. You shall not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices that have been placed on Our Property.
